1. Do you have alkaline & non-alkaline option?
Yes, we offer both alkaline and non-alkaline filter options at the same price. The alkaline option does not require an additional external filter within your under kitchen sink cabinet.
2. Is installation & delivery included in the stated price?
Yes, both installation and delivery are free, no matter how complex the installation is. A pre-installation discussion is conducted before installation work begins.
3. What do we need to prepare for installation?
An inlet water point & electrical point is required for installation. HYBRID requires an outlet for its self-cleaning function.
4. Does the dispenser need to be near the water point?
No, focuswater HYBRID doesn’t have to be near your water point, we can connect it via various water points in your home (under kitchen sink water point, washing machine water point, stand alone water point). A power point must be at least 1.2m from where HYBRID is installed.
5. If drilling is required for installation, what types of countertop materials can be drilled?
We can drill all types of countertop material except glass.
6. Are there any trade-in or upgrade options available?

HYBRID water purifier comes with quantity control feature which allows you to choose your desired water volume from this 3 preset volumes of 120ml, 550ml, 1500ml or manually.
EASY PLUG & PLAY FILTER REPLACEMENT
Filter replacement can be a little easier and safer with this Korea patented plug-and-play manifold design in Korean water dispensers. It has an additional safety lock mechanism clip to prevent wear and tear leakage over time. Replace your filters in less than 2 minutes!

I have never heard of the brand Focuswater until Mummy's Market. I was supposed to be in Expo for the Food Fair to test out Hydroflux in person (because I was kinda dead set on it )and buy Hydroflux that day.
Upon arrival at Expo then I realised there is Mummy's Market and decided to head there first. Then I found out, oh, there's Ruhens, Amglow, Happi exhibiting there as well. Still didn't know/never heard about Focuswater at this point of time until I saw the big big booth.
A bit skeptical because I've been doing research for the past weeks right? And Focuswater brand has never once pop up in my Google search!
Curious, I approached the booth and Jane was the sales attending to me. We spoke and she was aware that I'm keen in Hydroflux Nami. Quickly, she was knowledgeable to do product comparison with Focuswater Hybrid, and list down Focuswater's competitive edges over not just Hydroflux but also other brands like Ruhens, Wells etc. So at that point, I'm like, oh ok, maybe I don't have to be dead set on getting Hydroflux.
Long story short, after comparing specifications across the similar products from other brands, I came to the conclusion that actually they are all about the same. Able to dispense 4-6 degree of cold water, 40,70,85 degree hot water, can auto clean, can child lock , the piping material about the same.
So what makes me decide on Focuswater Hybrid eventually is :
1) the dispense button is at the front, not at the top. So my kids can access.
2) the dispense button is actually a real button. Not a touchscreen button. Me and my kids had problem with Ruhen and hydroflux touchscreen button. Had issue to start and stop water flow.
3) Focuswater has the activated carbon filter.
4) most importantly I think Jane makes a big contribution in my decision making. I felt more comfortable speaking to her as compared to other salespersons from other brands. She is honest, patience, knowledgeable, and earnest to serve.
After sales:
1) Jane keep me updated on the installation and continued to answer all these million questions I have.
2) the installation technician was on time. Not early not late.
3) the installation technician don't come in and just drill drill drill. He took the effort to see how he can best install it for us. Ended up no drilling on the tabletop required for our case. Very thankful!
3) the installation technician also give us tips on how to deal with the machine when we are away for long time.
4) Jane has been following up with us even after installation, to make sure everything is fine. It makes me feel confident that if there's any issue *touchwood*, she will be there for me.
Only downside I faced so far:
I think they have many orders during Mummy's Market, so the installation date was quite far (about 2 weeks) from the purchase date.
I'm thankful to came across the Focuswater booth and Jane, and have no regrets in choosing Focuswater. Totally recommend.
